Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your reservation, you must provide us with 14 days notice of any changes; otherwise you are responsible for the entire stay as booked. Cancellations with 14 days notice will be able to use their advance deposit on a future stay for 1 year. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their 25% advance deposit and any excess deposits can be refunded. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit all deposits and be responsible for the entire stay and will receive no refunds. All changes to your reservation are subject to current rates, availability, and reservation rules in effect at the time of your new reservation. If you reschedule, your original deposit will be applied to your rescheduled arrival date and you must reschedule within 1 year of your original reservation date. Due to the nature of the resort business we are unable to refund for early check outs for any reason, including inclement weather.
